The Vitacount range of machine is the latest evolution in tablet counting and is ideally suited to vitamin and neutraceutical applications where full validation is needed but CFR compliance is not required.

Combining proven technology and a microprocessor electronic control system the Vitacount systems feature eight or twelve vibratory product feed tracks to feed tablets to the infrared counting sensors. This electronic counting system is designed to count and fill tablets into bottles with reliability and high accuracy at speeds up to 55 bottles per minute depending on the product and count required

The Vitacount series offer maximum versatility as the product feed system requires no change parts and is capable of packaging most tablet and capsule forms. The systems offer integrated dust extract hardware for connection to customers extraction and offer full tool less changeover and cleandown.

The Vitacounts microprocessor based control system features a membrane touch panel for easy parameter changes by the operator. The system stores complete product set up profiles for products by type, general shape and size and pack configuration for fast recall.
